Delivery & Returns

NEXT DAY DELIVERY:

All EU orders placed Monday-Friday before 1pm will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Standard Delivery: For EU orders, we provide a 2-5 working day service that has a 99% delivery success rate.

Once the order leaves the warehouse it is in the hands of the courier service, and in exceptional circumstances, orders may be delayed and take longer than 5 working days. If you have not received the order in 10 working days in the EU please contact customer services and request tracking information. Please contact customer services for tracking information after 7 working days to avoid unexpected delays. The goods ordered will be sent to the address provided. If you leave an incorrect address, please contact customer services immediately with the correct delivery address. We cannot accept responsibility for an order shipped to an incorrect address. We can re-ship or issue a refund if the parcel returns to our premises in satisfactory condition. We are not liable to refund the shipping cost of returned items.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please email our customer services using the contact form on the top right-hand side of the website. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt of the goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us once you have informed us of your wish to return. Goods must be received by our returns department in an unopened and sellable condition. Any seals, such as a heat seal or clip seal on pouches or a pressure seal on jars, must not be broken and be fully intact. The customer is liable for the full postage costs of any returns and we recommend to use a courier with a reliable tracking service. We cannot accept returns based on a customers individual taste preference. We offer a comprehensive range of single servings which are available to purchase, giving an opportunity to become familiar with a product and its taste/texture before committing to a full pouch. If you believe a product to be faulty, please contact us before returning any products, giving us as much detail as possible as to the fault. We will then advise whether we need the item to be sent back to us for inspection. If needed, and we agree with the fault once we have completed our inspection, we will refund the price you paid, including reasonable return postage costs. The decision on replacements and refunds is entirely at managements discretion.
